Bryan Grant

Senior Vice President, Development

Responsible for sourcing and execution of development opportunities.

Prior to joining Chaparral, Bryan spent 12 years at JPI, most recently as a Development Partner where he oversaw development activities in Texas for the firm. While at JPI he was directly involved in the sourcing and development of over 25,000 units consisting of a total market capitalization of over $5 Billion. Bryan attended Texas A&M University where he earned a BBA in Finance from Mays Business School.
