In this capacity, Will is responsible for oversight and day to day performance of Chaparral’s investment portfolio.Prior to Chaparral Will served as Vice President of Asset Management at Sentinel Peak Capital Partners.Prior to Sentinel Peak Will spent over 7 years at Knightvest Capital.During his time at Knightvest, Will assisted with acquisition efforts, executed business plans, and oversaw dispositions.In his most recent role with Knightvest Will asset managed a multifamily asset portfolio totaling over 11,000 units primarily located in Houston.Will attended Texas A&M University where he earned a BBA in Finance and Master of Real Estate from Mays Business School.
