Senior Associate, Investments

In this capacity, Hally is responsible for underwriting, analytical, and transaction support for Chaparral’s acquisition and development platform. Prior to joining Chaparral, Hally was a member of the Investments group at Granite Properties for over six years. In that role, she supported acquisition, development, and disposition activities across the firm’s Southern California, Denver, and Atlanta markets. Hally attended Texas Christian University where she earned a BBA in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and a Leadership emphasis from the Neeley School of Business.
