Michael Hendricks

Vice President, Construction

In this capacity, Michael is responsible for oversight and day to day execution of capital projects throughout Chaparral’s investment portfolio.Prior to Chaparral, Michael worked as a Project Manager and Estimator at Northgate Construction. While at Northgate, Michael served as the Project Manager on over 1 million square feet and over $40M in capital projects in the greater DFW area. As a Project Manager, Michael oversaw all aspects of each project including scheduling, financials, weeklyproject meetings, subcontract executions, and serving as point of contact for all project needs and client interfacing. Prior to Northgate, Michael was a founding member, General Superintendent & ProjectManager at 12 General Contracting Services. During his time there, he was responsible for all aspects of over $15M in capital projects including field supervision, project management, contract execution, and material placement for all projects. Michael attended Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelors in Science degree from Mays Business School.
