Responsible for investment strategy, capital formation, and portfolio management.

Prior to co-founding Chaparral, Patrick worked in the investments group for Granite Properties. While at Granite, Patrick focused on acquisition and development opportunities in Southern California, Houston, and Denver. During his tenure, Patrick was directly involved in roughly $1 Billion in acquisitions, developments and project capitalization. Prior to Granite, Patrick was one of the original team members of Hamilton Realty Finance, a boutique real estate investment banking platform based in Dallas, Texas. While at Hamilton, Patrick worked on over $1 Billion in total capitalization on behalf of institutional and private clients across all property types. Patrick attended Texas A&M University where he earned a BBA in Finance from Mays Business School.
