Spence Miller

Co-Founder

Responsible for all development activities for the company.

Prior to co-founding Chaparral, Spence served as a Director for TrinsicResidential Group. While at Trinsic, Spence was a member of the North Texas development team and was responsible for development and acquisition activities in the region. During his tenure, he was directly involved in executing the development of almost 2,000 units with a total capitalization of over $325 million. Previously, Spence served as a capital markets associate with Trinsicwhere he was involved in all stages of the development process. During this time, he assisted in the capital sourcing, development and disposition of over 7,000 units consisting of a total market capitalization of $1.2 Billion. Spence graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
