Prior to Chaparral Will served as Vice President of Asset Management at Sentinel Peak Capital Partners.Prior to Sentinel Peak Will spent over 7 years at Knightvest Capital.During his time at Knightvest, Will assisted with acquisition efforts, executed business plans, and oversaw dispositions.In his most recent role with Knightvest Will asset managed a multifamily asset portfolio totaling over 11,000 units primarily located in Houston.Will attended Texas A&M University where he earned a BBA in Finance and Master of Real Estate from Mays Business School.
